Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of the finance department supporting strategic decision-making and investment analysis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Baltimore, MD
Pay Range: $45-48/hr
What's the Job?
- Gather and analyze complex financial data to support investment decisions and business strategies.
- Create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to illustrate technical reports and findings.
- Interpret data related to investment programs, including price, yield, stability, and risk trends.
- Present comprehensive oral and written reports on economic trends, industry performance, and corporate financial health.
- Forecast business, industry, and economic conditions to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related financial discipline; advanced degrees preferred.
- 5-7 years of financial and/or accounting experience, with mandatory Bloomberg PORT experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and analyze business trends to project future revenues and expenses.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related financial software applications.
