Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 3, you will be part of the Release Management team supporting cross-functional engineering, operations, and business teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate effectively across diverse stakeholders, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Tech 3

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $54/hr to $57/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Support the end-to-end release lifecycle for catalog items, including intake validation, release tracking, and post-release activities
  • Validate release requests, ensuring readiness and dependencies are managed appropriately
  • Coordinate release timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
  • Track release status, identify risks and blockers, and drive resolution efforts
  • Define and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) structures, work items, and tracking models for release management

What's Needed?

  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including work item management, backlog management, and reporting
  • 5+ years of experience in release management, program management, or technical project management
  • Familiarity with process governance, workflow design, and lifecycle management
  • Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder coordination
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
