Senior Intercompany Accountant

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated Senior Intercompany Accountant to join their team. As a Senior Intercompany Accountant, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting global intercompany operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, aligning successfully with the organization’s goals.

Pay Range:$42

What's the Job?

• Manage intercompany reconciliation processes for various brands and markets
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners such as E&Y and Merrill Lynch
• Prepare and record intercompany billing, FX entries, and cash settlement transactions
• Oversee reporting related to stock-based compensation, TEQ, and expatriate payroll
• Collaborate with global teams across India, UK, Asia, and other regions to ensure accuracy and compliance

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in intercompany accounting or related roles
• Strong knowledge of stock compensation, TEQ calculations, and reconciliations
• Experience working with HFM, JDE systems, and external partners like E&Y
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders
