Our client, a leader in the Payments and FinTech industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the Implementation Department supporting a team focused on delivering innovative solutions to B2B and B2C clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive ownership mentality, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (5 days onsite every week)
Pay Range:$56.77
What's the Job?
- Drive the successful delivery of multiple payments and FinTech projects, managing timelines, scope, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and vendor partners to ensure project milestones are met.
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Oversee technical solution walkthroughs, API integrations, and testing phases to ensure seamless implementation.
- Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns proactively to maintain project momentum.
What's Needed?
- 7–15+ years of project management experience, particularly in payments, merchant services, or FinTech sectors.
- Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS products, and cloud platforms such as Azure or similar environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Technical implementation experience with a client-facing delivery background, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
