IT Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the Payments and FinTech industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the Implementation team supporting B2B merchants and some B2C clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive ownership mentality, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $56.77/hr

What's the Job?

• Drive the successful delivery of multiple projects, managing timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across internal departments and external vendors.
• Engage with customers to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
• Develop and review project plans, schedules, and governance documentation.
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations to maintain project health and stakeholder satisfaction.

What's Needed?

• 7–15+ years of project management experience, particularly in Payments or FinTech sectors.
• Strong understanding of technical implementations, APIs, SaaS products, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage 5–8 projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
