Our client, a leading organization in digital transformation, is seeking a Contingent Digital Experience Journey Mapping Lead to join their team. As a Contingent Digital Experience Journey Mapping Lead, you will be part of the Digital Strategy Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent facilitation abilities, and a strategic mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Contingent Digital Experience Journey Mapping Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)
What's the Job?
- Establish enterprise-wide standards, methodology, and governance for customer journey mapping.
- Build scalable, repeatable processes for designing, maintaining, and activating journey maps.
- Create frameworks connecting journey insights to digital experience design, content strategy, and performance metrics.
- Train and mentor content strategists, UX designers, and digital partners on journey-led experience design.
- Partner with teams to ensure experiences are designed based on journey understanding and insights.
What's Needed?
- 6–10+ years of experience in UX, CX, digital strategy, service design, or experience design.
- Proven leadership in building or scaling journey mapping programs.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience developing frameworks, standards, or operating models.
- Proficiency with journey mapping and collaborative design tools.
