Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and professional services industry, is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team. As a Training Coordinator, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for fostering continuous learning and development within a diverse environment.

Pay Range: 28/hr on w2
What's the Job?
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user accounts, permissions, and roles.
- Ensure accurate assignment of courses, curricula, and certifications to support compliance and development goals.
- Support content lifecycle management, including uploads, version control, and retirement of learning materials.
- Generate reports on learning activity, compliance, and completion rates to inform decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for LMS users and stakeholders, resolving support queries efficiently.
What's Needed?
- 2-5+ years of experience administering an LMS or similar digital learning system.
- Experience in Learning & Development, HR systems, or digital learning environments.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, or Education.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and system processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
