Our client, a leading organization in the foodservice industry, is seeking a dedicated Associate Brand Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Associate Brand Manager, you will be an integral part of the marketing department supporting the Front of House (FOH) and flavor innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Associate Brand Manager

Location: Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid: onsite 3 days a week)

Pay Range: $30 to $48 p/h on w-2 

What's the Job?

  • Support execution of the brands FOH strategy, including commercial initiatives, merchandise, and operator-facing activations.
  • Assist in developing the flavor innovation roadmap, trend scouting, concepting, and go-to-market planning.
  • Lead innovation projects, including day-to-day project coordination, managing timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinate with Operator Marketing and sales teams on sales enablement tools and initiatives.
  • Contribute to brand-building efforts and support the growth of the flavor portfolio.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Foodservice, CPG, or related fields.
  • Passion for food, flavor trends, and dining culture.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Action-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
