Location: Charlotte, NC – hybrid, 4 days per week on-site (non-negotiable)

Summary

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Configuration Specialist with deep focus on the Workforce Compensation module to support a large enterprise client's HR technology team. This is a hands-on techno-functional role responsible for configuration, reporting, data management, and ongoing support of the Fusion HCM compensation environment, including annual merit and bonus cycles. The role partners closely with compensation and HR technology stakeholders and supports SOX compliance and system upgrade efforts.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop, debug, and refine complex SQL queries and Fast Formulas to ensure compensation data accuracy and reporting
– Lead the creation and maintenance of annual compensation plans, supporting annual merit and bonus cycles
– Develop, maintain, and refine BI Publisher report templates and OTBI dashboards
– Identify and resolve system issues in collaboration with compensation and HR technology teams
– Manage mass data updates using HDL and HSDL
– Create, execute, and document test scripts for unit and integration testing based on functional requirements
– Deliver systems training and guidance to stakeholders across the organization
– Support SOX compliance audit initiatives and contribute to systematic upgrade efforts for Oracle Fusion HCM

Required Skills

– Oracle Fusion HCM configuration experience, with hands-on depth in the Workforce Compensation module
– Fast Formula development for compensation logic
– Complex SQL query development and debugging
– BI Publisher and OTBI report/dashboard development
– HDL/HSDL mass data load experience
– Experience supporting annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus)
– Functional/technical hybrid skill set – comfortable bridging configuration and stakeholder-facing work

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

– SOX compliance and audit support experience
– Oracle Fusion HCM upgrade project experience
– Prior experience in a large/enterprise HCM environment
