Event Technology Coordinator

Our client, a global technology leader, is seeking an Event Technology Coordinator to support the execution of event registration and attendee management processes across tradeshows and corporate events.

This role focuses on building and maintaining event registration platforms, supporting attendee communications, and assisting with onsite event execution. The Event Technology Coordinator will work closely with event planners and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient registration experience.

Job Title: Event Technology Coordinator
Pay Rate: $34/hr W2 only + benefits
Location: Remote in the U.S.

What’s the Job?

  • Build and maintain event registration websites and forms using tools like Cvent, ensuring accuracy and a smooth user experience
  • Manage attendee data, track registrations, and generate reports to support event planning teams
  • Respond to attendee inquiries and provide support with registration, login issues, and basic troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support event setup and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with onsite event registration when needed, including check-in, badge printing, and troubleshooting
  • Support scheduling tools (e.g., Jifflenow) and assist with coordinating meetings and event-related logistics
What’s needed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, event operations, customer service, or similar role
  • Experience or exposure to event registration platforms (Cvent preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting; willing to support occasional evenings/weekends for events
