Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 3, you will be part of the Customer Success Unit supporting cross-cloud and cross-solution programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, self-direction, and excellent follow-up abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hr

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate and manage program activities within the customer success team to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Assist with establishing and maintaining rhythm of business for the customer success unit.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters and manage stakeholder feedback efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, ensuring effective communication.
  • Support the landing activities and follow-up with stakeholders on policies and procedures.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management or related roles.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and coordinate multiple tasks seamlessly.
