Our client, a leading organization in information management, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Records & Information Management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead the enterprise Records & Information Management program covering structured and unstructured data environments
  • Define and maintain RIM policies, standards, and operating procedures applicable across systems, platforms, and repositories
  • Establish RIM governance structures and decision forums for records and information lifecycle management
  • Partner with legal, compliance, privacy, and IT teams to ensure records management practices meet regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of records and information—creation, classification, storage, retention, archiving, and defensible disposition

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Records Management, Library Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Records & Information Management, Information Governance, or Data Governance
  • Strong knowledge of records lifecycle management, retention, legal holds, and defensible disposition
  • Experience partnering with legal, privacy, compliance, information security, and IT teams
  • Proficiency with enterprise content and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive
