Global Markets GenAI: Delivery Lead/COO

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Global Markets GenAI: Delivery Lead/COO to join their team. As a Global Markets GenAI: Delivery Lead/COO, you will be part of the Business Operations team supporting the Global Markets Technology division. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Global Markets GenAI: Delivery Lead/COO

Location:New York (2 Bryant Park)

Schedule: 3x on site per week

Type: Contract 

Duration: 12 months, opt to extend 

Pay Range:$60 - 63/hr W2 (we can not work on 1099/c2c) 

What's the Job?

• Manage key COO routines and oversee business management functions within the Global Markets Technology division.
• Coordinate and deliver regular status reports for stakeholders and leadership, including accomplishments, risks, issues, and future plans.
• Create and maintain comprehensive repositories of presentations and learning materials related to Digital Assets and GenAI initiatives.
• Support the logistics of major events such as the annual GMT Innovation Summit and organize team routines for rapid growth.
• Assist in onboarding, hiring approvals, and recruitment processes to facilitate team expansion and talent acquisition.

What's Needed?

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, especially for process flows and presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a personable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask across different teams and regions while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven collaboration and relationship management skills with a high sense of urgency and results orientation.
