📊 Post-Origination Servicing Operations

  • Payment Processing: Monitor, process, and execute high-volume loan payments, principal adjustments, interest calculations, and final payoff quotes within core servicing platforms.

  • Account Reconciliation: Investigate, isolate, and reconcile complex ledger discrepancies, resolving transactional servicing errors or balancing systemic misallocations.

  • Inquiry Resolution: Provide high-touch professional communication when responding to structural loan status and compliance inquiries from borrowers, internal credit partners, and legal stakeholders.

  • Audit Readiness: Maintain comprehensive loan records and generate routine pipeline tracking reports to support internal compliance reviews, financial audits, and process enhancements.
