Our client, a leading financial organization, is seeking a Release Train Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Release Train Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Cybersecurity Data Science Product Department supporting cross-functional teams involved in cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will enable you to thrive within this innovative environment.
Job Title: Release Train Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC (preferred), Chandler AZ or Dallas TX
Pay Range: 80/hr
What's the Job?
- Plan and coordinate product releases across multiple teams and platforms to ensure seamless delivery.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, manage dependencies, and remove impediments to maintain project momentum.
- Act as a delivery leader, guiding teams through Agile and modern delivery practices.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, internal partners, and team members to align goals and expectations.
- Support enterprise SDLC processes and ensure compliance with change management standards.

- Proven experience in leading large-scale product planning and delivery in a complex environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and release management practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage dependencies effectively.
- Experience coaching teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
