Consumer Services Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer services industry, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Consumer Engagement team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Location: South Burlington, VT onsite - training; Post training - hybrid possible

Pay Range: $21

What's the Job?

  • Engage with customers via emails, phone calls, and live chat regarding products, campaigns, and company initiatives with professionalism and empathy.
  • Research and collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data in engagement systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and provide updates on their inquiries.
  • Utilize systems such as Salesforce, Excel, and MS Office to manage customer information and support team operations.

What's Needed?

  • 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and quick learner of contact management systems.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and build effective cross-functional relationships.
