Our client, a leading organization in the data and analytics industry, is seeking a Researcher 4 to join their team. As a Researcher 4, you will be part of the Data Insights Department supporting research efforts focused on Azure Data products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen interest in technical user workflows, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote (US)

Pay Range: $48-52/hr + benefits

What's the Job?

  • Support the planning and execution of qualitative research studies to understand user workflows and experience gaps.
  • Conduct interviews, usability testing, and synthesize feedback to generate actionable insights.
  • Assist in participant recruitment, scheduling, and research logistics to ensure smooth study operations.
  • Analyze research findings and create clear reports, presentations, and documentation for team sharing.
  • Maintain organized research repositories and support multiple projects simultaneously.

What's Needed?

  • 4-6 years of experience in user research, UX research, or market research, especially within enterprise or technical environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document findings effectively.
  • Proficiency in qualitative research methods such as interviews, usability testing, and thematic analysis.
  • Experience working with technical products, cloud technologies, or analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Information Science, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
