Product Owner

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services sector, is seeking a Product Owner to join their team. As a Product Owner, you will be part of the Chief Technology Infrastructure (CTI) organization supporting technology delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Define, prioritize, and deliver technology solutions that support business objectives
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery partners
• Manage product backlogs and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities
• Support Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Ensure compliance with change management and risk standards throughout the delivery process

What's Needed?

• Experience managing or supporting delivery of technology initiatives or programs
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
