Our client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Technical Recruiter to join their team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be an essential part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strategic sourcing abilities, and a passion for connecting talented professionals with impactful opportunities, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s mission to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

What's the Job?

  • Sourcing technical talent including Full Stack Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure specialists, and more.
  • Driving stakeholder relationships through intake meetings, weekly check-ins, and gathering feedback.
  • Negotiating offers with candidates in collaboration with Compensation, Hiring Managers, and HR teams.
  • Participating in daily and weekly team meetings to identify gaps and develop solutions that benefit the broader team.
  • Screening technical candidates for hard skills and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals.

What's Needed?

  • Proven passive and strategic sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Strong data analysis skills to develop effective sourcing strategies based on metrics and conversion data.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear outreach, engagement, and stakeholder management.
  • Industry awareness of current talent and market trends in technology sectors.
  • Technical fluency to assess hard skills and cultural fit during candidate screening.
