Cloud SAAS Consultant - Chandler, AZ

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services sector, is seeking a dedicated Cloud Product Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Cloud Product Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Cloud and Data Center Services team, supporting strategies related to recoverability and resiliency for cloud and SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a passion for innovative cloud solutions, which will enable you to thrive and make a meaningful impact within the organization.

Job Title: Cloud Product Analyst

Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid - On-site required, 3 days per week)

Pay Range: $53.56/hr on W2
 

What's the Job?

• Support the development and maintenance of cloud-relevant Single Process Inventory (SPI) through regular reviews and updates.
• Assist in implementing structured strategies for cloud recoverability and resiliency, focusing on non-bank managed SaaS services.
• Collaborate with cloud implementation teams to incorporate feedback and emerging best practices into controls and processes.
• Develop clear guidance for cloud-native tools, services, and security controls, including data classification, identity management, and access controls.
• Utilize agile tools such as Jira to track progress and facilitate communication across teams.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in Product or Service Management within cloud service environments.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with containers like Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift.
• Strong understanding of IT product management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently.
