Seattle WA Open to Remote 

Plan & execute generative and evaluative research across Recruiter, HM, and Candidate personas. Conduct discovery interviews, contextual inquiry, and shadowing with active TA teams. Design usability studies for Recruiter Portal and Candidate Experience PortalSynthesize findings into journey maps, personas, mental models, and opportunity frameworks. Research AI-facing features: HiredScore triage, action queue, match score trust & adoption. Maintain a living research repository accessible to the full CoE team. Conduct longitudinal panels tracking recruiter behavioral change post-launch. Conducting and managing pilot participant feedback in early access views*****5+ years UX research in enterprise SaaS or HR tech environments. Mixed-methods proficiency: interviews, surveys, card sorting, co-design, tree testing, and usability studies. Experience researching AI-augmented products and documenting explainability challenges. Comfortable in complex multi-system ecosystems (ATS, HRIS, CRM integrations)Proficiency with Dovetail, Maze, UserZoom, or equivalent research platformsEEOC / OFCCP awareness in hiring contexts is a plus.

• What are must-have skills and years of experience:
1. 5+ years UX research in enterprise SaaS or HR tech environments. Experience researching AI-augmented products and documenting explainability challenges
2. Proficiency with Dovetail, Maze, UserZoom, or equivalent research platforms
3. Mixed-methods proficiency: interviews, surveys, card sorting, co-design, tree testing, and usability studies.
• What are nice-to-have skills and years of experience:
1. Comfortable in complex multi-system ecosystems (ATS, HRIS, CRM integrations)
2. EEOC / OFCCP awareness in hiring contexts is a plus
