Our client is seeking a dedicated Oracle HCM SME to join their dynamic team. As an Oracle HCM SME, you will be an integral part of the HR Transformation project, supporting critical modules such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management & Learning, or Time & Absences. What's the Job?
- Support an HR Transformation project for Oracle HCM modules - Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management & Learning, or Time & Absences.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and customize HCM workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
- Configure and maintain HCM system setups, including organization structures, positions, and security profiles.
- Perform system testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure the quality and accuracy of HCM applications.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience as an Oracle HCM SME with strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules.
- Experience in developing and customizing HCM workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communicate effectively.
