Junior Transportation Analyst

Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Transportation Analyst to join their team. As a Transportation Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Bulk Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, quick thinking, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Transportation Analyst

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Duration: 3 Months contract with possible extension

Pay Range: $21.28/hr w2

What's the Job?

• Manage and contact bulk customers to validate order accuracy in the Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Plan and execute loads, assign carriers, and track shipments from pick-up to delivery
• Communicate effectively via emails, Teams chat, and phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Update and document all customer interactions and data in the TMS and email correspondence
• Collaborate closely with the bulk control tower team and follow operational directions

What's Needed?

• Fresh graduates from college or military service preferred, with relevant experience encouraged but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making ability
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to learn and apply training effectively
• Proficiency in Outlook and familiarity with Transportation Management Systems is a plus
