Industrial Maintenance Technicians (Mechanical & Electrical)

A growing manufacturing operation in the wood products industry is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support production equipment, plant uptime, and ongoing expansion.

Open Positions:
• Mechanical Maintenance Technician
• Electrical Maintenance Technician 

Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment used in MDF and wood products manufacturing
• Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, presses, motors, bearings, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain motors, drives, sensors, control panels, and automated production systems (electrical role)
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation (electrical role)
• Support production startups, changeovers, and continuous plant operations
• Work safely in a high-volume manufacturing environment

Requirements:
• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience depending on role
• Experience with industrial equipment such as conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, or control systems
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to equipment issues
• Strong attendance and reliability
