Recruiter

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing/consumer industry, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in Maplewood, MN. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting recruitment efforts across the Consumer Business Group (CBG). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Maplewood, MN (Onsite, M-F, 8-5)

Pay Rate: $28-30/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 6-Months W2 Contract (Until EOY)

Job Functions:

• Build and maintain strong external talent networks across the U.S. and Canada to attract qualified candidates into Workday and develop pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Serve as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner, working closely with hiring leaders to support recruitment across the Consumer Business Group (CBG).
• Leverage recruiting tools and technologies such as applicant tracking systems, resume databases, LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and job boards to identify and engage top talent.
• Conduct proactive market research and develop innovative sourcing strategies to strengthen talent pipelines and improve recruiting outcomes.
• Share market insights, talent trends, and competitive intelligence with hiring managers and key business stakeholders to inform hiring strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and job boards.
• Strong market research and sourcing skills to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with hiring teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to improve hiring outcomes.
