Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a IT Program Manager III to join their team. As a IT Program Manager III, you will be part of the Portfolio Management Office supporting multiple project teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project intake, financials, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Facilitate communication across teams through routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide end-to-end visibility into project health, status updates, and deliverables to leadership and stakeholders.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in portfolio-level functions supporting end-to-end project and program delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
- Ability to coordinate dependencies and facilitate collaboration across multiple teams.
- Experience in managing change, continuous improvement, and release planning.
