Product Manager 4 - Contingent

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Product Manager 4 - Contingent to join their dynamic team. As a Product Manager 4 - Contingent, you will be an integral part of the AI End User Tooling organization supporting innovative AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating impactful user experiences, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI end-user tooling products, from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, and ongoing iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and data science to develop innovative AI-powered experiences.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Ensure responsible AI practices by addressing risks such as bias, hallucination, privacy, and security.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to align on product vision and progress.

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably within financial services or related industries.
• Experience working with AI products, foundation models, or AI product organizations.
• Deep understanding of modern AI models, prompt design, evaluation, and AI UX patterns.
• Strong technical fluency, including the ability to read system designs and partner effectively with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
