Our client is seeking a Executive Admin Assistant to join their team. As a Executive Admin Assistant, you will be part of the Global Procurement Services supporting senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Support a Vice President and Senior Director by managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate and prepare for speaking engagements, including content and logistical arrangements.
- Organize and plan meetings, including preparing agendas, securing locations, and managing logistics.
- Develop travel briefings for international and large domestic trips, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Handle confidential correspondence and approvals, acting as a proxy when authorized.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 4 years experience in an administrative support role, supporting senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Windows applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect across all levels of staff and clients.
- Experience in calendar management, meeting planning, and coordinating travel logistics.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
