Our client, consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a OTM Application Support Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Admin/Super user experience with OTM, SAP, and FourKites (4K) as well as strong troubleshooting and analytical skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: OTM Application Support Analyst
Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid/2 days onsite per week)
Contract: 6 Months (extension possible)
Pay Range: $30 - $40 hourly
What’s the Job?
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across logistics systems (SAP, OTM, FourKites), including monitoring system performance and integrations
- Manage system access and security, including ticketing, SAP GRC approvals, and periodic access reviews
- Maintain system configurations and support change requests to ensure stable and efficient operations
- Support system updates and projects, including releases, patches, UAT testing, and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and users to address issues, ensure compliance, and drive continuous system improvements
What’s Needed?
- Admin/Super user experience with OTM, SAP required; FourKites (4K) helpful
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Proficiency in system configurations and integrations
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Project management experience supporting UAT and system initiatives
