Lead Scrum Master x2

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Scrum Master to join their team. As a Lead Scrum Master, you will be part of the Consumer Lending Operations Technology Team supporting multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support technology teams delivering complex, customer-impacting capabilities within a regulated environment.
• Drive delivery readiness, execution discipline, and release coordination to ensure high-quality outcomes with predictability and low risk.
• Facilitate and optimize cross-functional team performance, leveraging delivery metrics to provide insights and surface risks proactively.
• Act as a delivery leader, managing backlog health, sprint and release commitments, dependency management, and adherence to governance standards.
• Partner closely with product owners, engineering leaders, and stakeholders to ensure work is ready for delivery and releases are well coordinated end-to-end.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, including backlog management, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
• Experience supporting end-to-end delivery, including planning, execution, release coordination, and post-release validation.
• Proven ability to manage delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and release management practices, with experience in regulated or risk-sensitive environments preferred.
