Product Systems Engineer

Our client, a leader in innovative technology solutions, is seeking a Product Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Product Systems Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Product Systems Engineer

What's the Job?

• Serve as a technical specialist supporting development of new product ideas, concepts, and improvements
• Act as the interface between Product Management, Solution/System Architects, Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Developers
• Translate stakeholder requirements into system and subsystem requirements
• Generate and maintain interface control documents for subsystem and vehicle interactions
• Support safety analysis and ensure safety goals are integrated into product designs

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4-7 years of experience in requirements elicitation and generation
• Experience in product development lifecycle for complex systems/subsystems
• Proficiency with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience with requirement management tools such as IBM Doors, Jama Connect, or Polarion
