Our client, a leader in innovative robotic unmanned vehicle technology, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting the development of cutting-edge robotic systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:Dallas, Texas or Logan, Utah (On Site)
What's the Job?
- Research, plan, and design mechanical and electromechanical products and systems for robotic unmanned vehicles.
- Develop prototypes, conduct testing, and refine mechanical components and machinery.
- Coordinate fabrication, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure optimal performance.
- Design systems integrating hardware and software components for robotic applications.
- Participate in design reviews and evaluate field installations to recommend improvements.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in mechanical engineering and product/machine design.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Pro-E, or Catia.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and documentation of design reviews.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, GD&T, and failure analysis techniques.
