SOW Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and procurement industry, is seeking a SOW Specialist / Category Manager to join their team. As a SOW Specialist / Category Manager, you will be part of the Procurement Operations supporting sourcing and contract management functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills, proactive communication, and a strong sense of accountability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: SOW Specialist / Category Manager

Location:Alpharetta, GA

Pay Range: $36/hr - $40/hr

What's the Job?

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SOWs and SOW revisions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review, redline, and analyze SOW terms to align with procurement standards and company policies.
• Coordinate approval workflows within Fieldglass and facilitate legal reviews when necessary.
• Partner with sourcing, procurement, legal, risk, and privacy teams to ensure seamless contract processing.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and suppliers, providing regular updates and setting clear expectations.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of contract management experience.
• Experience using the SOW module of Fieldglass or similar VMS tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
