Associate Brand Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer packaged goods industry, is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Associate Brand Manager, you will be an integral part of the marketing department supporting strategic initiatives, business performance analysis, and budget management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Work closely with the Brand Management team to analyze brand and competitor performance data.
• Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies to meet sales and profit goals.
• Coordinate the execution of advertising, promotional tactics, and new product launches.
• Manage quantitative and qualitative assessments of product performance using various tracking tools.
• Oversee budget management, including planning, tracking, and reconciliation of expenditures.

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of experience in brand management within a consumer packaged goods environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven with a collaborative mindset.
