Technical Instructional Designer 3

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and support sector, is seeking a Technical Instructional Designer 3 to join their team. As a Technical Instructional Designer 3, you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting data center and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences that empower employees and drive operational excellence.

Job Title: Technical Instructional Designer 3
Location: Remote (PST hours)
Pay Range: $41/hr to $43/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning courses and curriculum for technical support teams.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to incorporate their expertise into innovative training solutions.
• Create multimedia content including videos, quizzes, simulations, and microlearning modules.
• Assess training needs and develop performance-based learning programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Utilize advanced authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality content.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, including needs assessment and task analysis.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Strong technical communication skills and multimedia content creation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's degree or formal education in instructional design is preferred.
