Our client, a leading organization in the digital and technology sector, is seeking a CAN | Project Manager_L4 to join their dynamic team. As a CAN | Project Manager_L4, you will be part of the project management department supporting digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage large-scale digital and software projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
• Implement and oversee Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to optimize project delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and conduct thorough project reviews.

What's Needed?

• 5 to 10 years of project management experience, preferably in tech or digital companies.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale digital or software projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign) and PMP / Scrum Master certification.
