Our client, a leading organization in the wireless communications industry, is seeking a RF Integration Engineer to join their team. As a RF Integration Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative antenna and radio design projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

1 year contract +

Location:San Jose, CA - Onsite

Pay Rate:  42-48 W2

What's the Job?

  • Assist with the bring-up, simulation, and validation of RF/antenna designs.
  • Test wireless/RF subsystem performance against predefined quality metrics.
  • Automate test equipment to improve cycle efficiency and accuracy.
  • Produce detailed test reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with hardware, software engineering, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure project success.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred) with 3+ years of experience in hardware product development and testing.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, MATLAB, and/or LabVIEW for automation and software tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with microwave/measurement equipment such as Network/Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, and Vector Signal Analyzers/Generators.
  • Familiarity with wireless architectures, including radio front ends, antennas, amplifiers, RF switches, filters, and couplers from 450 - 7125 MHz.
  • Willingness to learn or experience with simulation tools like ADS, CST, HFSS, and schematic/layout tools such as Cadence.
