Automation Architect - Hybrid 3x

Our client, a leader in the technology and enterprise solutions industry, is seeking a passionate and skilled Automation Architect - Hybrid 3x to join their innovative team. As an Automation Architect - Hybrid 3x, you will be an integral part of the Automation Development Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will enable you to thrive and make a meaningful impact within the organization.
 

Job Title: Automation Architect 

Location: Pennington, New Jersey

Pay Range: $55-60/hr on w2
 

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions across web, API, and enterprise applications.
• Assess automation needs and propose innovative, efficient solutions tailored to project requirements.
• Guide and mentor teams in adopting best practices for automation frameworks and architecture.
• Integrate automation processes into CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and testing.
• Evaluate automation feasibility and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.

What's Needed?

• Hands-on expertise in UI Automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or UFT.
• Strong experience with API automation frameworks like RestAssured or similar.
• Proficiency with BDD tools such as Cucumber and version control systems like Git.
• Ability to design custom automation frameworks from scratch and understand automation architecture and design patterns.
• Experience implementing hybrid, data-driven, keyword-driven, and BDD frameworks, along with integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
