Event Technology Associate

Our client, a global leader in AI and security, is looking for a detail-oriented Event Technology Associate to support their Events team. In this role, you’ll assist with event registration and help create a smooth experience for attendees across trade shows and large events. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys organization, technology, and customer support.

Pay Range: $30

What's the Job?

  • Support event website setup and online registration processes
  • Assist with preparing registration materials ahead of events
  • Help manage registration data, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
  • Respond to attendee questions via email or phone in a timely, professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support event needs
  • Provide support during live events, including attendee check-in, badge printing, and basic troubleshooting
  • Help with post-event reporting and data clean-up

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, event management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in event registration and customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in event registration software and database management (Cvent preferred; experience with JiffleNow is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
