Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team.

As a Product Manager, you will be part of the Legal Operations Department supporting the legal team.

The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $90-95/hour based on experience

What's the Job?

  • Drive discovery, prioritization, development, and deployment of legal software solutions.
  • Lead roadmap planning and story mapping to ensure alignment with legal team objectives.
  • Measure success through product analytics, focusing on value creation and risk mitigation.
  • Identify and track objectives and key results (OKRs) for outcome-based progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate operational challenges into scalable product solutions.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of product experience in an agile environment, focused on digital products.
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, and leadership qualities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
  • Experience writing requirements for user stories and software features; familiarity with legal tech systems is a plus.
