Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

Role Overview

Senior Program Manager with 10+ years of experience responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of highly complex, large-scale initiatives across multiple departments and business units.

This role oversees project execution, integration, and delivery, ensuring alignment across all workstreams while managing scope, timelines, budget, and stakeholder expectations.

Agile & Program Leadership

• Agile Scrum Master
• Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• Strong experience leading Agile programs and transformations
• Ability to act as Program Manager or deputize senior stakeholders when required

Tools & Technologies

• Agile tools: Jira
• Productivity tools: Microsoft Office Suite

Program & Project Management

• End-to-end program delivery across multiple business units
• Define and manage:
  • Project scope
  • Timelines
  • Budget / expenses
• Resource planning and alignment to key roles
• Establish clear responsibilities and accountabilities

Execution & Governance

• Lead and manage:
  • Project execution and integration
  • Implementation of complex initiatives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program delivery
• Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams

Risk & Quality Management

• Risk identification and mitigation planning
• Quality assurance to ensure all change requirements are met
• Oversee readiness and change adoption

Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships across:
  • Cross-functional teams
  • Business units
  • Senior leadership
• Drive communication, alignment, and adoption

Financial & Reporting

• Knowledge of PPRT and forecast tracking
• Monitor and report on:
  • Program financials
  • Performance metrics
  • Delivery progress
