Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data analysis sector, is seeking a Front-End UI Developer to join their innovative team. As a Front-End UI Developer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting the Data Visualization and User Interface team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Washington, DC (metro accessible) - On site 3 days a week

What's the Job?
- Develop and maintain the front-end user interface using TypeScript and JavaScript to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Create Excel-like interfaces utilizing AG Grid, including features such as editing, formatting, validation, filtering, sorting, and cell-level interactions.
- Implement core workflows such as framework creation, editing, save/load functions, scenario management, data loading, solving, diagnostics, comparison, and export functionalities.
- Integrate the front end with Python back-end services through local APIs to enable efficient data exchange.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to define API contracts and data formats, ensuring smooth integration and performance.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong expertise with TypeScript and JavaScript programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with AG Grid or similar advanced data-grid components.
- Proficiency in building complex, data-heavy web or desktop application UIs.
