Research Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the personal care and cosmetic industry, is seeking a dedicated Research Analyst to join their team. As a Research Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Research and Development department, supporting innovative projects and data analysis efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for science, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Research Analyst

What's the Job?

• Conduct research and explore product demonstrations in the lab environment
• Analyze and compile data to create detailed dossiers for product development
• Support formulation and development of haircare and styling products
• Utilize digital and editing tools such as iMovie, ClipChamp, Canva, and TikTok for content creation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and ensure timely delivery

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in cosmetic science, biology, chemistry, or related technical fields
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in research or technical roles
• Technical proficiency with digital editing and social media platforms
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
