Senior Product Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be part of the Business Execution department supporting strategic initiatives and complex business needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and excellent collaboration skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution
• Advise on strategy and resolution of unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions
• Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Business Execution solutions
• Engage strategically with personnel to drive impactful initiatives
• Manage multiple products and support offshore support activities as needed

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education
• Ability to make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations, facilitating decision-making and issue resolution
• Strong collaboration and consulting skills to work effectively with team members and leaders
• Experience managing multiple products and supporting offshore support activities
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and innovative thinking capabilities
