Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant to join their team. As a Change Implementation Consultant, you will be part of the Change Implementation department supporting client-facing projects and internal process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Change Implementation Consultant

Location: Chandler, AZ (preferred)
Other locations considered: Charlotte, NC & West De Moines, IA

12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?

  • Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives within Change Implementation.
  • Review and analyze tactical Change Implementation assignments, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Present recommendations for resolving situations, exercising independent judgment while adhering to policies and compliance requirements.
  • Provide information and support to client personnel and internal teams regarding change processes.
  • Support strategic initiatives and contribute to team success through proactive engagement and feedback.

What's Needed?

  • 2+ years of Change Implementation experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
  • Strong project management skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Experience working with payment systems, issuing, acquiring, and networks is preferred.
  • Ability to work closely with sales, relationship management, and treasury teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP or CPP are a plus.
