Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Cyber Security Exercise Coordinator to join their team. As a Cyber Security Exercise Coordinator, you will be part of the Workforce Development and Exercise Team supporting cybersecurity resilience initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Execute the full lifecycle of cybersecurity exercise activities, including design, development, conduct, and evaluation.
- Strengthen cybersecurity incident response and coordination processes within the organization and with external partners.
- Coordinate with various departments to communicate lessons learned from exercises to improve cybersecurity resilience.
- Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and provide strategic consulting services to internal teams.
- Review and analyze large-scale or long-term challenges, evaluating multiple factors including unprecedented issues.
What's Needed?
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, planning, or related fields, demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
- 3+ years of information security experience, including areas such as incident response, vulnerability management, or cyber threat intelligence.
- Experience with cybersecurity exercises, metrics, KPIs, and developing or managing training programs for cybersecurity personnel.
- Knowledge of threat analysis, security frameworks, standards, and best practices in information security.
- Ability to manage complex security scenarios and develop innovative solutions to address emerging cyber threats.
