Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Platform Modernization Architect to join their team. As a Platform Modernization Architect, you will be part of the Enterprise Technology Remediation & Lifecycle Management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$70.24
What's the Job?
- Lead enterprise-scale End of Life (EOL) technology remediation efforts across internal compute environments.
- Manage assessment, planning, and execution of migrating legacy workloads to a hyperconverged internal cloud platform.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful remediation of approximately 14,000 servers across multiple platform types.
- Develop comprehensive remediation plans, capacity strategies, and progress tracking mechanisms aligned with organizational milestones.
- Report on KPIs, identify risks, and drive issue resolution to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
What's Needed?
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering/management roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale remediation or migration programs involving thousands of assets or workloads.
- Strong understanding of server lifecycle management, EOL processes, and infrastructure environments.
- Ability to build and manage capacity plans and execution tracking frameworks.
- Excellent cross-organizational collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
