Position Overview
A leading law firm with a global client base is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the execution of the firm's marketing, social media, communications, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Materials & Presentation Development

  • Create and maintain client-facing presentations, pitch decks, sponsorship presentations, attorney speaking materials, internal reports, and other high-impact visual communications.
  • Develop marketing collateral, brochures, event materials, branded templates, and other firm marketing assets.
  • Support light graphic design, image editing, video editing, and formatting projects using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative platforms.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Support the planning, scheduling, publishing, and reporting of content across the firm's social media channels.
  • Monitor engagement, audience growth, and content performance, and prepare regular analytics reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain social media content calendars and coordinate with attorneys and internal stakeholders to support firm initiatives.
Website & Email Marketing
  • Manage website content updates, including attorney biographies, news items, practice area content, event pages, and other firm announcements.
  • Coordinate the distribution of newsletters, client alerts, invitations, and other email marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and other key marketing indicators.
CRM Management & Reporting
  • Maintain and update contact records, relationship data, activities, and engagement history within the firm's CRM platform.
  • Support CRM adoption and assist with contact management, audience segmentation, list creation, and data quality initiatives.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support marketing, business development, events, sponsorships, and client engagement activities.
  • Business Development Support
  • Support the preparation of pitches, proposals, RFP responses, client development materials, and other business development initiatives.
  • Maintain business development calendars, trackers, and supporting documentation to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
Events, Communications & Content Support
  • Assist with the planning and execution of conferences, webinars, client events, sponsorship activations, and speaking engagements.
  • Prepare attendee lists, briefing materials, presentations, signage, promotional materials, and post-event reporting.
  • Draft, edit, proofread, and quality-check newsletters, invitations, website content, attorney announcements, social media content, and other marketing communications.
  • Support additional marketing, communications, and business development initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, or marketing operations, preferably within a law firm.
  • Experience creating presentations, pitch decks, marketing collateral, reports, and other client-facing materials.
  • Experience supporting social media management, analytics, digital marketing, email marketing, newsletters, and website content management.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms to maintain contact records, generate reports, and support marketing and business development activities. Experience with Nexl, InterAction, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems is preferred.
  • Experience supporting pitches, proposals, RFPs, sponsorships, events, webinars, speaking engagements, and other business development initiatives.
  • Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other marketing and creative platforms, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
