Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management department supporting global transition initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead the end-to-end transition of Talent Acquisition activities to Technology Business Services (TBS).
• Collaborate with Technology and Recruiting teams to ensure seamless handoffs and project success.
• Drive a phased global rollout, starting with India & Philippines, followed by EMEA, APAC, and Canada, aiming for year-end completion.
• Review and analyze moderately complex project management challenges, providing strategic solutions.
• Contribute to large-scale planning and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education.
• Proven experience with Workday implementation and development.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
