Our client, a leading organization in the HR and IT solutions industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced HRIS Solution Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a Solution Consultant, you will be an integral part of the IT HR department supporting various HR modules. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to innovation and inclusivity.

  • Pay Range:  $65 - $70/hr W2 (not eligible for visa or C2C)

What's the Job?

  • Support the implementation of SuccessFactors modules, including Benefits, Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, translating their requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Parameterize and customize SuccessFactors applications to meet evolving business needs.
  • Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth application maintenance and updates.
  • Collaborate closely with digital product owners, solution architects, and development teams to support application development and enhancement initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • Extensive experience as a SuccessFactors IT consultant, with knowledge of Benefits, Employee Central, Recruitment, and Onboarding modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across different regions.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and manage stakeholder expectations in a collaborative environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering innovative solutions.
